6-Figure FBA Launchpad

 

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Member agrees to treat all information obtained from 6-Figure FBA Launchpad in the performance of this Agreement, including, but not limited to the online course content, the substance of the video conference calls, Member’s log-in credentials (username and password), and the price of the Program, as confidential and proprietary to 6-Figure FBA Launchpad. Member shall treat all records, information, and work-product prepared, shared, or maintained by Jatin Naran and his employees, agents, and representatives in the performance of this Agreement as confidential and will not disclose this information to any other persons, social media platforms, firms, or organizations by any means.

 

Scope Of Services

Jatin Naran shall provide Member with the 6-Figure FBA Launchpad Program. (“The Program”)

 

The Program includes:

 

6-Figure FBA Launchpad Course. Jatin Naran will provide Member log-in credentials (username and password) to gain access to our online courses including 6-Figure FBA Launchpad.

 

Weekly Zoom Calls. Jatin Naran will host weekly video conferences in a group format. Weekly Calls will take place on Zoom

 

Skool Community. This community is accessible when you enroll in the program. Inside the community, you can network, ask questions and collaborate on projects with other Members

Communication

Weekly Calls will take place on Zoom

 

If Member needs to contact Jatin Naran for any reason outside of the Skool Community, the Member should email jatz@6figurefba.com

 

Hours of Operation

Jatin Naran’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm London Time. 

 

Member Performance

Member is expected to stay current and complete all lessons in the 6-Figure FBA Launchpad Program.

Member is expected to attend weekly coaching calls when their schedule permits.

Member is expected to participate in the Skool Community.

 

Agreement Length

Depending on which package is purchased, the term of this agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and remain in effect for 12 months after that unless terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. 

 

Access to the 6-Figure FBA Launchpad curriculum and access to the Skool Community shall begin on the Effective Date and remain in effect for 12 months after that unless terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

 

Payment Terms

Member agrees to pay Jatin Naran £998 immediately for the 12-month access to 6-Figure FBA Launchpad

 

Termination Of Agreement

This Agreement can be terminated by Jatin Naran for cause, including, but not limited to:

 

Member becomes disruptive or difficult to work with;

Member fails to follow 6-Figure FBA Launchpad program guidelines;

Member shares login credentials with unauthorized users;

Member fails to respond to 6-Figure FBA Launchpad for two (2) weeks or otherwise “ghosts” the Program;

Member impairs or impedes other Members’ ability to participate in the Program;

Member violates the Confidentiality Clause, or any other term and condition of this Agreement.

 

No Refund Policy

All payments by Member to Jatin Naran are refundable if they meet the following condition. The condition is:

Member must have watched the entire 6-Figure FBA Launchpad video course at least twice.

Member should provide evidence that he/she has implemented all the teachings taught in the program.

He/she must attend weekly calls on a regular basis. 

Failing to provide an evidence of all the above, member further agrees to waive any right to “charge-back” or dispute payment with his/her credit card processor or bank. Because 6-Figure FBA Launchpad is a digital product, Member further acknowledges that there is no refund whatsoever if Jatz Naran terminates the Member’s participation or access to the Program for cause during the term of this Agreement.

While we do not offer refunds for cases where Member has not put in any efforts to implement the strategies inside the course, we will work tirelessly to resolve all 6-Figure FBA Launchpad related issues.

 

Release From Liability

Member agrees to hold Jatz Naran harmless from any loss, claim, damage, or liability of any kind relating in any way to the Program. In no event shall Jatz Naran be liable to Member, or any third party, for any loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program and/or this Agreement.

 

Testimonial Release

Member irrevocably and perpetually grants Jatz Naran the right to photograph, videotape, and record Member’s name, voice, appearance, likeness, and/or written testimony along with any material furnished by Member — inclusive of Skool Community — in whole or in part, in any of Jatz Naran’s marketing materials and programs.
